I sure the hell hope it's Beaker.
It'd make sense. Manley was a Chretien guy. He lines up with Warren politically speaking. He's tight with McGuinty. And we know Warren doesn't like Rae or Ignatieff based on his past writtings.
It would be really smart of Mr. Manley if he contacted a couple of people eith grassroots organizations that are expanding quickly. He should probably do it soon too.
